Beyond containing Frankincense, the Powder of Sirius contains Bay laurel berry, Cedar, Cherry wood, Cinnamon, powdered Fulgurite, Juniper, Linden, Meteorite in the mother-jar, Goatskin Parchment with the sigil of Sirius reduced to ash, Red coral, Snake Vertebrae, White sage, and hand-harvested Wormwood among a slithering and hissing host of other materia left unnamed. 

Foremost, this powder was made to be a calling card to Sirius, to be sprinkled into oil lamps and burned on coals as an act of adoration for our star, to call on Her light for any working that falls beneath her purview.
