The Evil Eye is a curse wrought from the eyes of the jealous, envious, angry, and covetous. The Eye is a common everyday curse, able to be laid by most people, though some are more able in their sending and directioning of such a malefic force. Those who constantly keep an eye on you and the moves that you make, either in person or online, that make judgments of you and what you do are capable sources of the malefic effects of the Eye. Not only can the eye come from those who are truly envious of something we are doing or possess, but it can also come from those we call friends through their immense joy and happiness for our successes and triumphs, possessions, or opportunities. Maybe you got a promotion at work only to be let go days later? This is all the work of the envious Evil Eye, whether sent intentionally or not.
