Shipping Policies

Order Processing times are between 1 - 5 Days. Custom items may take up to 3-7 weeks to be made and processed. 

All items ship from Adairsville, Georgia USA via USPS, UPS, or DHL carriers.

The Purchaser agrees to not hold Haus of Ophidious responsible for a parcel lost or damaged by the postal service. 

In the event of a refund, cost of shipping will not be refunded.
