Shipping Policy

At Haus of Ophidious, each order is prepared with attention to detail and care. All wares are handcrafted, ritually prepared, and often made in limited batches. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Some items are made-to-order, created, bottled, or sealed during specific timings, or require specific conditions before dispatch. These wares may have extended processing times, which will be clearly noted on the product page. Processing time does not include transit time.

*During periods of high volumes of orders, processing times may take up to two weeks, though this is usually noted at the top of the website homepage.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update once the order has been dropped off at the post office. 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected service and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or seasonal volume.

International Shipping

International shipping is offered to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 1–4 weeks after shipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. Haus of Ophidious is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Haus of Ophidious is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Haus of Ophidious cannot control shipping delays.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so that I can assist you in a timely manner.

For lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly. We are happy to assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
