3. Order Acceptance & Processing

  • Order processing times vary and typically range from 1–5 business days, with custom orders taking longer. 
  • Acceptance of an order is at our discretion, and we may refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

4. All Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. 
  • We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or refuse service where deemed appropriate.
  • All items are sold as curios and are not guaranteed for specific results. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Large orders (30 lbs or more) may be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. 
  • You agree that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. 

6. Product Use & Disclaimers

Many products (such as herbal ointments, oils, powders) contain botanicals that may cause irritation or adverse reactions. These items are sold as curios only and are not guaranteed to be effective or safe for topical use. 

By purchasing, you agree that Haus Of Ophidious LLC is not responsible for misuse of products or any outcomes related to their use.
