As shown with Haus' release of two Heart Oils, namely dedicated to Jupiter and to Mercury, every stellar and planetary ware crafted by Haus of Ophidious begins first as a private Heart Oil. These are compounded during a given election and kept solely for the making of future wares, never intended originally to be offered to the public. After a very welcome reception to those previously released, I have decided to release a small amount of Heart Oils dedicated to the Sun, Luna, Mars, and Venus.
Here is Mars exalted in Capricorn and simultaneously cazimi to the Sun. The Exalted Mars Cazimi Heart Oil, of which there are only two, is an oil of courage, endurance, discipline, ambition, decisive action, victory, strength, authority, competition, persistence, and the ability to bring force to bear with purpose. It is suited to workings where obstacles must be overcome through sustained effort, where authority must be asserted, where a difficult undertaking requires discipline, competitive endeavors, protection of one's position, or where one must summon the strength to continue toward a distant objective.
Exalted Mars Cazimi Heart Oil may also be used to midwife martial talismans, empower charms made under Mars, consecrate tools of martial work, or strengthen operations in which courage, endurance, command, or disciplined force are required.
The exact materia and construction of this Heart Oil will remain private, however a small list of included materia is this: red ochre, garnet, carnelian, ruby, iron filings, chips of iron from a civil war era forge, scorpion, the bones of appropriate beasts reduced to powder, martial seals and glyphs reduced to powder, madder root, and over 70 other ingredients brought to powder.
The outside of each bottle is beaded with black glass and a large carnelian barrel that has been bathed and consecrated in oils of Mars.
Each 30 ml glass bottle of Exalted Mars Cazimi Heart Oil will arrive with instructions and suggestions for creating charms and oils, empowering all martial workings, and to draw the virtues and influence of Mars to oneself.
