Virgin Queen of Faerie, seeded with the living water of a Dreamer in the Fairy-Land of Eden where dew gathers as pearls and those who might see are crowned beneath leaf and star, cradled in the green glistening boughs of nature’s saints - the Benevolence of the Sibyl dips Her beak from out Her breast to give succor to Her new beloveds. Here there is devotion and contact with the Queen of Mulberries and Her hands ever stretched towards delight offering love and joy, happiness, fortune and wealth, and all rose-sweetened pleasures of life. 

Benevolence of the Sibyl is an Oil of Lady Sybilla; She who is attested to across the multitudes of the world in Scots Discoverie of Witchcraft and the Book of Oberon, to the flowering courts of Shakespeares Midsummer Nights Dream, and beyond to the caves of Italy and Greece where tales of the Sibyls who prophesize abound.  She remains a living and gracious power, delighting still in bestowing sweetness upon the children of earth.

Where She walks there is joy, where Her hand extends there is fortune, and where Her gaze falls the dullness of mortal life gives way to wonder. To Her, we are the grey and hurried folk of flesh and blood; earthbound wanderers moving without the bright blood of stars that shines in Her own immortal veins. And still, in kindness, the Queen bends low to us offering all that we might desire. 

Benevolence of the Sibyl consists of several charge bundles that power the Oil of this Queen, the main bundle consisting partially of freshwater pearl, several types of feathers, moldavite, hawthorn, blackthorn, hazelnut, pistachio, cherry wood, Mandragora officinarum fruit, seed, leaf, and root, lilac and violet flowers collected on May Day, coral washed and fed during an Exalted Venus election, willow, dove heart and eye, and hagstone. This bundle was wrapped in the skin of deer and the fur of rabbits and floats freely in the Mother Bottle.

The hagstone that sits at the heart of this oil was washed and soaked in a forthcoming oil devoted to Queens of Faery created by The Pact, and subsequently fed dove during the height of a Jupiter and Venus in Cancer election as the moon was in Pisces applying a trine aspect with Venus and Jupiter on the Ascendant in Jupiters hour. 

From a traditional talismanic perspective, the most notable feature of this election is the close conjunction of Venus and Jupiter on the Cancer ascendant. This is widely regarded as one of the most benefic combinations, blending Venus's qualities of harmony, beauty, affection, and attraction with Jupiter's themes of abundance, protection, wisdom, and good fortune. Because both planets are rising, their influence is especially prominent, suggesting a natural capacity to attract support, cultivate meaningful relationships, and create prosperity through generosity. This election supports workings intended to strengthen love, friendship, artistic expression, hospitality, healing, and fortunate opportunities, emphasizing growth through kindness and nurturing. Additionally, the hour that this election took place marked the Lunar Mansion Batn al-Hut (Belly of the Fish) which brings culmination and completion.
